At The Urban Epic, we strive to deliver premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

• In case of replacement, once damaged order is returned and approved, new order will be delivered within 7 days

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
